Create Instance Error

Hello Team,

Need your assistance against the error facing after hitting the 'Create' button for item instance page. I am trying to access it via Oracle Install Base Agent User' responsibility.

I am able to access the counter page with create option.

Attached is the logs for your review, please advice at the earliest.
