Personalization: Default Radio Button in OAF Page

Hello,

I am trying to default radio button in agent dashboard page. I need to do this at responsibility level. However, system is not defaulting this radio button when I access this page.

Please let me know a solution/workaround for this issue.

Steps are there in metalink note ID 1167754.1.
