Email Response error during incoming emails
Hi to anyone,
In our production environment we are facing the following problem:
In a lot of cases our customers send emails with inappropriate attachment names. For example "my/pdffile.pdf". This name causes problems Email Response process and an error file is created at SIEBEL_ROOT/bin/queued folder e.g. CIR77_1555_586270A4_408800B8.error.
I would like to ask if there is any way to correct the file name and the Communications Inbound Receiver will retry to process the incoming email sucessfully?
