ODA-X6 2L timezone not correct

Hi, I created the appliance in our new ODA-X6 2L, but found that the timezone was not update to the OS level, please see below output,

The appliance timezone is Asia/Kuala Lumpur but the date command show date in UTC,

is that a expected behavior?
