ODA - Virtualized Platform : VM HA

As per solution in a box document ()

I have to clone 2 vm explicitly for Oracle E-Business Suite Application in both nodes !!!!

However one configuration parameter of the VM for HA is :

FailOver        :true   

As per my under standing,  once the vm is created in ODA with this parameter , it is automatically cloned on the other node... correct me if i'm wrong

-failover true|false        Allow (use the keyword "true") or disallow (use the keyword "false") the virtual machine to start or restart on a node other than the node defined by the -prefnode parameter. This parameter is only valid for virtual machines created in shared repositories.
