Printing PSD Code on W2 Forms

I am working to get the entire PSD code to print on the W2 form.  It is currently just showing 2 digits, but they do not match up with the correct PSD code (showing 22, should 05).  How can I get the entire PSD code to print on the W2?  And where does the Year-End workbench pull this information from?

We have taken the 2016 Year-End ESU (JL24032) in the lower environments.
