Personalization - EBS - employee self service

hi, i am redesigning our exit interview screen that employees access via self service. Using personalizations at the function level i am adding in paragraphs, spaces etc which i have been able to do. I would also like to separate the list the questions with headers. the list of questions are all SIT's and link to our core forms,  i.e. questions 1-5 are about the job they are leaving, questions 6 - 10 are about the organisation etc. is there a way to do this, as i cant seem to get a text insert to in-between the list of questions,
