Contract not created when imported from OM

Hi Team,

Contract/extended warranty when created from OM. It is stuck in reprocess order form in status 'Error - Referenced Product not present in the Installed Base'.

There are no IB errors against the line, after resubmitting the program. It still remains in error status.
