Double Inventory Transactions

Hello Experts,

Item: 1000300013 On Hand quantity deducting twice in Inventory transactions.

  1. Before sales order and service request created the On Hand of the item 1000300013 is 15(Please refer the below screenshot).

     2. We have created the sales order (Please refer the below screenshot).

3.Created Service request and it’s status also closed successfully(Please refer the below screenshot).

After Service request status closed the Item: 1000300013 On Hand quantity deducting twice in Inventory transactions(Please refer the below screenshot).
