Oracle time and labor: Approved projects doesnt show up

Hi Experts, I have created few approved projects(from all the three classes) and approved them.

I wanted to enter timesheet against them but to my surprise only one of the projects shows up there but none of the other. I tried with projects from the same OU and other OU as well but no luck only two project shows up(in the attached image only 2nd project(highlighted) shows up). This is a bit weird as i feel all the approved projects should show up in OTL. Pls help?

Note: i can see all the converted projects as well in the timesheet template.
