database upgrade process for oracle EBS R12.2

Hi Team,

Currently We have two instances :

- 1 : Oracle EBS R12.2.5 having database 11.2.0.4 on linux 64 bit (standalone server)

- 2 : Oracle EBS R12.1.3 having database 11.2.0.4 on linux 64 bit (standalone server)

We are planning to upgrade the oracle database for both the instances to latest release 12.1.0.2 . Could you please provide the upgrade process or any documentation as per EBS prospective.

Kindly do the needful.
