G/L Date and Update Date is different

May I know how can I rectify why the G/L Date (GLDGJ) and Update Date (GLUPMJ) is different?

Example: For batch = 3999679, the G/L Date is 31/07/2016 but the Update Date (GLUPMJ) is 26/09/2016.
