Oracle Time and labor - Projects and Payroll layout Integration with Absence

Hi,

1)In Oracle Time and labor, Is Projects & Payroll layout Integration with Absence possible?

2)In the payroll layout Regular hours of 10 hours gets exploded into 8 hours of normal time & 2 hours of Overtime hours.

Can you please confirm whether the same is possible in Projects and Payroll layout?
