11.2.0.4.160719 - Expdp slow after DB some time up

Hi Everyone,

I have currently installed the Bundle Patch 11.2.0.4.160719 (Bundle Patch July 2016). Before this update, the version of the DB was 11.2.0.4.18 (Bundle Patch July 2015)

I have now the issue, that an export with expdp or also an impd is very slow when the DB is up some time (could not identify how long it takes till this problem comes up). When i restart the Server and start an export, then the perfomance is normal. I think this must have do something with de Installation of the Bundle Patch July 2016.

Normally an Export for a DB with 30GB took 20 minutes. When the problem comes up, then after six houers the export has a size from 500 MB... At this time oracle.exe consumes 100% CPU. When i stop the export, the CPU utilisation goes down and all seems ok.
