How would I set up method 06 to depreciate an asset by 20.47% per month until it is fully depreciate

How would I set up method 06 to depreciate an asset by 20.47% per month until it is fully depreciated?  Can we set it up to use the NBV at the beginning of the current period and only calculate the current period depreciation, excluding any prior months in the year?
