Hierarchy load fails with DatabaseOpenFailed error

Hi All,

We are facing an issue while running our hierarchy load batch. We have a set of different scripts for prod,loc and clnd hierarchies that are called in one script.

When running this script, after the prod,clnd and loc hierarchy loading is done and when moving the .dat files to a processed folder, the batch aborted with below error.

caught exception DatabaseOpenFailed: <domain>/data/actstat

When investigating we found that there was a process running as "acumate actstat" and upon killing this process and re-running the batch, the batch ran successfully.

We are trying to understand what made this process to run, as none of the batches were running and none of our users are aware how to access acumate.
