One Web server is unresponsive when two web servers are under load balancer

Hi,

We have two web servers CRMPRODWEB6 and CRMPRODWEB7 in our environment under load balancer. Due to some issue CRMPRODWEB7 was failed to connect with app servers and gateway server but other server crmprodweb6 was not responding to integrated systems and giving -600 error.

We have restarted the web service(WWW) in CRMPRODWEB6 server then it started to respond with integrated system.

Pls. note both these servers under load balancer which will distribute load with integrated systems and then it will pass to EAIObjectManager for processing the requests.

Pls. provide your valuable suggestions why initially crmprodweb6 was not responded?
