Audit check for the CNC tasks

Hi,

As a functional ERP manager, I am interested to know how I can track the activities performed by our CNC person.

For some activities, we do have controls like the Change management policy, SOPs, password policy etc.. Also would like to know what CNC tasks can be monitored/audited and the different ways to do that from audit perspective. Please share your ideas.
