root.sh failed when install grid infrastructure 12.1.0.2 on RHEL 7

Good morning everybody,

I'm installing Oracle Grid Infrastructure 12.1.0.2 on RHEL 7. Everything is OK until run root.sh.

ASM Diskgroup was created successfully but Oracle cannot initialize OCR.

The following is logfile when run root.sh : ( Log file in $CRS_HOME/cfgtoollog )
