for migration wizard, cant connect another Administration Server in EAS

Hi all!,

I have to migrate from 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.4 and in my test server for the installation, first time I was able to connect 2 Administration Servers in EAS, this way when I wanted to use the Migration Wizard to migrate the application structure of Essbase applications, I was able to do it.

I made several other attempts in the test server to made the installation, and never again I was able to have 2 Administration Servers in (Connected) at the same time. If I connect one, the other disconnects and statys in status (Running). In the Oracle documentation I found out that its supposed to only have one connected at a time.
