Got ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified after install a RAC database o

Hi everyone,

After successfully install a RAC database on our ODA, I got "ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified" error when trying to connect to the database through SQLPlus, but I was able to connect to the database through Toad. Any ideas about this? Our ODA version is X5-2, database version is 12.1.0.2.0. The cluster ware, scan are all running well.
