Internal server error 500. EBS login

It is showing internal server error 500 when accessing the EBS R12.1.3  login page. This is clone instance but after successful cloning login page is not appearing, while giving error.

Below is extract from application.log from 'u01\oracle\TEST\inst\apps\TEST_r12\logs\ora\10.1.3\j2ee\oacore\oacore_default_group_1'
