Hello, is it possible to use TAF in a non RAC environment.

Hello,

is it possible to use TAF in a non RAC environment. we have an old appilcation that does not reconnect to db if it losts the connection to DB in a bad Network environment and changing it is not possible.

DB version 11.2.0.3. Client Version 11.2.0.3
