Dollar values need to be rounded to the nearest whole dollar

Hi Experts,

1. If I want to run the report for November, the report header should dynamically reflect November 2016.

if I want to run the report for December the report header should dynamically reflect December 2016.

2. How to setup Dollar values need to be rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

Can any one help me on this regards.
