Invoice Date Format is not reflecting rquired format at AP Invoice Workbench

Hi All,

We have strange issue in AP at user level for format of date, it is not appearing correctly for Invoice Date field instead of e.g. 01-DEC-2016, we see and we have to enter e.g. 2016.12.01

I checked in Preference settings and there date format is dd-mmm-yyyy but still at Invoice workbench Invoice date is 2016.11.30

Is any set up change required at User Level.
