Hi,

we are facing issue with UNDO tablespace

OCI0000179 - Error - ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1

ORA-30036: unable to extend segment by 8 in undo tablespace 'UNDOTBS1'

how can I know the SID from database, PID from AIX to troubleshot the full UNDO? any process populated any table? kill the SID?PID?..?

how see the User or table full populated related full UNDO?

How freee UNDO tablespace? coomit or rollback all UNDO non committed?

what is UNDO_RETENTION? how DBA change long duration of the UNDO_RETENTION?

what is Expired blocks?

what is UNEXPIRED blocks as ACTIVE blocks?
