OEL 5.x premier support ends by March. What is the impact if we still run the production with OEL5?

OEL 5.x premier support ends by March. What is the impact if we still run the production with OEL5? Does it mean that there won't be any patch releases after March? What kind of support do we get from ORACLE after premier support?
