Requested Start Date is differ from Date Started for Concurrent Program.

Hello,

We have received one concern from Developer that concurrent program did not run at scheduled time.

I checked program details are:

Date Submitted : 26-DEC-2016 16:06:26 CET (scheduled once)

Requested Start Date : 01-JAN-2017 01:00:00 CET

Date Started : 01-JAN-2017 05:08:36 CET

There was no issue at DB level.

Cold backup is scheduled to run every Sunday : 4:00 AM CET

Kindly help me to find out the reason.
