How to calulate RPO For Dataguard

We have requirement from client to calculate RPO  for physical standby database

Maximum performance mode, Using current logfile to apply the logfiles. We need to calculate RPO during DR Test activity. We will open standby database in read write mode before opening we need to find RPO

Could you please provide us the query to calculate RPO
