Unable to see cost distribution in Material Transactions for OPM enabled organizations

I am not able to see cost distribution in inventory material transactions for any transaction. (For OPM enabled organization). We have following transactions;

Batch WIP (Issuance of Material)

Batch Complete (Receiving of Material)

Transfer of Material (interorganization transfer and miscellaneous transactions).

Against all transactions, the cost distribution field is disabled in Inventory Material Transactions.
