WO Completion notification to work request creator

Hi,

I hope all are doing well.

We have a requirement to notify work request creator at the time of work order completion. As per standard functionality, we can track this with work request statuses like (Open, Awaiting Work Order, on work order, complete)

User wants to be notified when work order which has been created on his work request is completed.

Please let us know how we can achieve this.

We have tried standard work order completion approval through AME but it is just for ERES record purpose. So, please suggest can we use FYI notifications for WO Completion in AME.
