Cleaning up /Temp directory

Hello experts,

We are using siebel 8.1.1.5 SIA and want to clean up some space on the server. We can see the /<siebelinstalldirectory>/siebsrv/temp occupying almost 6-7 GB. Thinking to delete some of the data from this directory. could you please suggest if we can remove the data from this directory and if yes which files to be deleted and which files to be kept.
