Reversal of exceeding disbursed scholarship/fin-aid

Hello,

Is there a way to reverse disbursed financial aid/scholarship in PeopleSoft Student Financial/Financial Aid module. The aid is already disbursed with exceeding amount of 25000/- by a mistake, the remaining amount in account has been differed to installment payment and payment plan and billing has been created. .

Please guide how can we reverse 25000 in such a case.
