A Question on Oracle Form Attachments: if delete of attachments can be disabled?

Hello there,

We are on EBS 12.2.4.  We try to move some documents to Oracle attachments in several forms, such as AP invoices and PO headers forms.  The attachments can be added, modified and deleted by all the users right now.  Since those documents are permanent and we don't want people to delete them, plus there is no audit trail for deleting, we really like to remove the ability to delete those attachments.

Please advise if it is possible for us to remove the ability for deleting for attachments in Oracle forms.  Please let me know if you need any other information.
