ACA 1095-C form Plan Start Month

Hi Community,

Does anyone know how the Plan Start Month field on the 1095-C form gets populated?  What table supplies this value.  Last year we had a "0" and this year we have "00". We would like to know what the value should be. 

This field gave us trouble last year with an error: AIRBR1021 – Plan Start Month is not a valid value – It is listed as “0” and needs to be a double digit 00-12. 

If the "00" value is incorrect is there a processing option or anyway to change it for multiple forms?  We'd rather not correct it on each and every form.
