Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Need to display %(Percent) in the Horizontal Bars

Hi All,

I developed Horizontal graph layout through RTF template but I am unable to display '%' in the X-axis and value on the Bar graph.

Kindly suggest whether we need to display '%' in the Bar graph and find the RTF, XML for your reference.
