GL Ledgers are missing after upgrade to 12.2.4

Hi,

We upgraded our applications from 11.5.10 to 12.2.4. After upgrade GL_ledgers are not showing data.. We followed and executed the action plan as per Doc ID: 1517626. But still the issue persists.

Can someone please help us here?
