FC pivot table Column width and row height - set to default

In RPAS v15, Solution Assortment Planning, We are trying to set the pivot table column width and row height. Currently users are adjusting the columns and rows for viewing the data clearly, In the Admin guide we have seen that making changes to the below file would help us to set the value to a default values so that users can view the data without adjusting the column width or row height.

File : rpasConfig.properties

We  edited this part in this file to make sure column width/Row height is defaulted. Edited values are in brackets.
