Unable to Build NER/C-Business Function in JDE Demo 9.1

Hi Team,

I recently got an error as shown below when i tried to build the NER. So i installed visual studio 2015, but still im unable to get rid of this error. Could any please help me in troubleshooting this issue. My environment variable value is as below
