Adding a second access URL in ECO approval notifications

I would like to add a second URL in the email ECO approval notifications sent to our user population.  We currently have the internal web client URL, but we have clients that access Agile from outside our company, which is a different URL.  I can't seem to find where I can add a second URL to select from the data tag dropdown for Notifications.
