Application Blocked by Java Security

Hello,

          I sure hope i'm asking the question in the right place. I was enabling SSL on my EBS 12.2.3 per 1367293.1. I was able to completed successfully and able to run my EBS on TLS 1.2. However i was not able to open any forms.

          I get the following message "Your security have blocked a self-signed application from running".

I look for some clue on MOS and nothing come cloe to it. Thanks in advance.
