Italy Localization > Actions Menu error

All,

I am implementing the solution as defined in the doc Note 457034.1.

It is related to Italian VAT document sequential numbering for AR transactions.

Chapter 4 - under setup, it mentions to highlight the document sequence (that I have defined) and click on Actions in the tool menu > CLE: Additional info on Doc Sequence.

When I perform this action, I get an error as ''Function Not Available to this responsibility. Change responsibilities or contact your System Administrator.'' (pic attached)

I tried to search meta link but I could not find a solution. also I couldn't establish which menu do I need to update in order to grant access to this.
