unable to delete partlist

Hi All,

We had processed a work order until inventory issues and the component quantities are issued. Now we need to delete the partlist and reattach. so I have reverted the issued quantity and when I tried to delete partlist it is throwing an error.

I did the same for another work order and it worked successfully. the only difference is the work order for which the partlist could not be deleted is having negative values in CTS1(unaccounted labor units) and CTS4(unaccounted labour amount).

Kindly let me know if this is what stopping the partlist deletion if so let me know how to clear the values. please note that I have also deleted the values in F31122.
