PRC: Generate Allocations Transactions program completed normal but Allocation are not processed. ho

PRC: Generate Allocations Transactions program completed normal but Allocation are not processed. There many trancastions that are eligible for allocation but program did not pick the trx.

can some one help me on this do I need check any specific checks?
