Error opening FR Report in Studio: "object variable or with block object variable not set"

Hi there,

I have a user who is getting the following error when trying to open an FR report in the FR Studio:  "Object variable or With block variable not set".   We are on version 11.1.2.3.700

Here is what I had done leading up to this:

- I first manually created her user folder (under Users in the Workspace) and gave her "Full Modify" access

- she was able to save reports to the folder during training, but when she went back to it a few days later, her reports were gone - disappeared

- I then manually deleted the user folder I had created and had her log in to WebAnalysis which automatically generates the user folder and subfolders
