unable to login in WebVerifier after enabling the Window Authentication

Hello Experts,

We enabled the Window Authentication from the Designer and export it to the database so check the  the same user having the entry in Database also. automatically we are able to login in verifier but unable to login in webverifier with the same user so check the IIS Security the window authentication is enabled there also.

Error:

User name or password is invalid. Please try again

Please advise what may be the wrong.
