How to transfer credits to Customer's other Account?

Hi Team,

I'm new to Finance/Functional domain in JDE, recently we got a request from a customer for transferring the Credits to Customer's other account/alternate account. How can i do this activity or through which application in JDE i can accomplish this? Is it possible to do this transfer process through P03B102 application? Please help me in this regard. Many thanks in advance.
