Is there any way to check ARM usage (user workflow)

Hi all, We are using Hyperion ARM 11.1.2.3.501. We are looking for a report which shows if a user has prepared, reviewed 1 or reviewed 2 any account in the past 3 to 6 months. This helps us to identify the inactive users and remove.
