Voluntary Termination from HR team does not provide Effective Date page

While initiating the termination as a HR professional the termination date is not updatable . Hence the initiator is unable to choose any termiation date other than SYSDATE which is defaulted by the system.

Voluntary terminations by Employee is working fine and Effective date page is displayed as expected. But the effective date page is not displayed while calling the HR_TERM_EMP_SS function as a HR Professional.

How to provide HR team option to select effective date or make Termination Date updateble in Termination page.
