No F0911 records after voucher matching with PO is created

Hi,

We are using JDE 8.1.2 here and encounter issue where the voucher is matched with PO, but no records shown in F0911 at all.

The entry has been lopsided and causing posting issue.

Tried to run R04711, and it shows message as "AE not found in F0911".

Kindly advise what report/adjustment we should do as I couldn't find any related document on this.
